Lead and grow sales across assigned territories, specializing in hazardous area electrical equipment.
Work closely with end users, consultants, and design teams during the FEED phase to secure product specifications.
Collaborate with global teams to win major RFQs and deliver successful project outcomes.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on explosion-proof systems and after-sales growth.
Evaluate project requirements, lead technical discussions, and negotiate pricing for complex solutions.
Partner with internal engineering teams to offer customized, safe, and reliable solutions for hazardous environments.
Source third-party components as needed to present complete, project-ready proposals.
Manage sales pipelines and project activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, hazardous area regulations, and internal governance.
Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) with knowledge of explosion protection and intrinsic safety.
Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, or Petrochemical industries.
Proven track record in managing large, complex tenders involving multiple decision-makers.
Strong network with distributors and project owners in hazardous area sectors.
Experience with hazardous area certifications (e.g. ATEX, IECEx) is a big plus.
Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and ideally AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker who thrives in long sales cycles and high-pressure environments.
Willing to travel frequently across the region.
