Location: Kampong Ubi (Near Tai Seng MRT).

Industry: Customer Service – Call Centre (Call Centre & Customer Service).
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Salary: up to $2,500 + Overtime when required per month.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am – 5:30pm.
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm.
Rest Day: Every Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls from customers.
Arrange servicing or repair appointments.
Assist service advisors with call centre matters.
Make reminder calls for service due dates and propose scheduled appointments.
Respond to customer requests for servicing appointments.
Contact customers regarding recalls or service campaigns.
Perform routine administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
