5.5 Days Work Week:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm.

Source and purchase a wide range of food products and supplies.
Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate the best cost and delivery terms with suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Orders and monitor delivery schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate closely with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining product quality.
Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics or related discipline.
2–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
Experience in food supply, food trading, FMCG, hospitality or related industries will be an advantage.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
Good planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
