Reporting to the Production Manager and Business Owner, you will oversee on-the-ground production activities.
Ensure smooth coordination across processes including cutting, washing, sorting, packing, and labelling.
You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient workflow, optimal manpower deployment, reduced wastage, and timely order fulfilment.
Work closely with QA/QC teams to uphold strict food safety standards (FSSC/ISO), resolve quality issues, and ensure consistent compliance with hygiene and regulatory requirements.
Experience in food manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000 / ISO).
Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
