Job Details

  • Salary Range: $2,500-$3,500
  • Working Hours: Mon-Thur (8am-6.00pm), Fri (8am-5.30pm)
  • Working Location: Northeast
  • Business: Construction (Sub-contractor) specializing in Glass & Stainless Steel

Job Description:

  • Handles quotation and sales order 
  • Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement
  • Review tender and contract documents
  • Other QS function as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in similar role and local construction
  • Must be computer literate
  • Knowledge in MS office and basic Autocad drawings required
