Job Description

• Salary Range: $2,500-$3,200 
• 5 Days workweek /  Mon-Thur (8.30am-6.00pm), Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
• Working Location: North-central, upper Thomson
• Business: Multidisciplinary commercial Interior Design Office Fit Out ( e.g glass doors/ windows/ railing)  subcontractor environment.

• Handle sales order, quotation, variation order, progress claim and final account settlement
• Review tender documents
• Review contract documents
• Other QS functions as assigned by management
• Preferably Diploma qualification in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Construction/ Civil engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in  sub-con enviroment in providing related railing /support for glass doors/ shop front boundary wall etc for construction /ID inds.
• Computer literate with knowledge in AutoCad required
