Job Details
- Salary: $2,800-3,300
- Employment Nature: 1 year contract (renewable, potential to convert to Full-Time position if candidate shows good performance)
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Days: Mon-Fri
- Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm
- Business: Rubber products and materials
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist management in daily operations. Coordinate and track inventory purchases, ensure smooth supply
- Handle customer’s orders and deliveries
- Inventory control, analysis and management
- Communicate with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
- Planning and coordination of office and operations administration and procedures
- Administrative duties (eg. Handle phone calls and customer enquiries, mails, filing, etc)
- Purchasing functions
- Audit processes e.g. ISO/BizSafe
- Perform any administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean or residents ONLY, no quota for foreigner
- Able to work under stress
- Minimum O-level qualification, with 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and chinese in verbal and written to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients
- Self-motivated with positive attitude
- Candidates with Class 3 driving license an added advantage
- Able to start work within short notice/immediately would be prioritized
