Job Description

  • Salary: $2,800-3,200
  • 5 day work week, office hour
  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • 1 year cotnract

    • Job Requirement:

  • Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth supply
  • Liase with multiple departments including production and QC to ensure smooth supply and timely delivery
  • Control inventory and liase with procurement to purchase required materials
  • Liase with procurement on materials required
  • Involve in administrative task such as phone calls, emails, filing, etc
  • Handle clients queries, and coordinate on client's order
  • Tracking of status of production and elivery
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by management
  • Singaporean and residents only with O-level education
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years of relevant experience 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill to communicate with internal and external parties
