Job Details

• Business: Security Management System
• Working Location: Clementi
• Work week: 4 days
• Working hours: 12-hr rotating shift, 8.30am-8.30pm, 8.30pm-8.30am
• Basic salary up range from $2-2.3k (depending on experience) + Allowance + Incentive
• Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous 

Job Description:

• Provide technical troubleshooting support to customer on alarm activation issues
• Respond to alarm activation
• Attend to customer enquires on product, accounts and services
• To offer alternative solution to fulfill customer needs 
• To gather customer feedback, identify problem and highlight to Team leader for further discusssion and service enhancement
• To highlight SOP non-compliance cases to Team leaders for corrective actions
• To ensure that all SOP are adhered to
• To profile accounts based on account types and key priority accounts
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean with min O-level qualification 
• Strong work commitment and work ethics
• Be available for overtime during emergencies in short notice
• Preferably with 1-2 year experience working in call center
• Bilingual as required to speak with English and Mandarin speaking clients
