Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining and Develop strong customers relationship
Ensure prompt response to meet customer satisfaction
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients
You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
Assist department head in analysing report
1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service and or relationship management
Strong customer service mindset with good communication and problem solving skills
Bilingual verbal and written communication skills in language English & Mandarin
Outgoing and enjoys meeting people
Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
Must have a strong attention to detail, pro-activeness and the ability to prioritise tasks assign
This is an existing account servicing role. You are not expected to do sales but Experience in doing events sales will be a bonus and can be adjusted to sales role with incentives.
