Job Details

• Business: Manufacturing (bolts/ screw products)
• Working day (5.5 days):
• • Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm
• Working location: Jookoon/Pioneer MRT
• Starting salary: $1,700-1,800 (depending on experience) 
• Candidates able to start immediately or within short notice will be prioritized

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain records of sales inquires and communications with customers.
• Handle calls and emails from customer, ensure customer’s concerns are addressed and replied to in a timely manner
• Track and update customers of their purchase order, coordinating shipment, arranging for delivery, ensuring proper closure of customer orders, shipments and payments in the system.
• Issue sales orders
• General administrative duties such as managing and maintain proper documentation
• Ad-hoc task assigned

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR only, *NO quota for foreigner*
• Min GCE “N” /”O” level with credit on English and Mandarin.
• Preferably with 2 year relevant experience
• Good communication and coordination skills so as to be able to liaise with vendors / customers.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and emails
