Job Details

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Work Location: Tuas Crescent (Company transport available from Woodlands and Jurong East)
Max Salary Budget: S$3300

Responsibilities:

• To handle recruitment administration, to conduct interview up to executive level
• Prepare salary proposal for new hire (up to Level 2.3)
• To manage staff on boarding process including conducting orientation
• Prepare employment contracts and/or others letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc.
• To manage the staff resignation / end of contract and off boarding process
• Administration on Foreign workers work pass renewal/application/cancellation
• Administration of leave
• Prepare and maintain employee P-file
• Overtime processing
• Conduct regular briefing on company policy and procedure
• Prepare HR related report and office administration

Requirements:

• Singaporean or permanent residence only
• Min Diploma in HRM/ Business Management or equivalent
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience in MOM Employment Act, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, employee engagement
• Experience with HRIS, preferably with Info-tech is an added advantage
