- Basic Salary up to $6000 + Quarterly Achievement Bonus
- Location: Jurong East
- Nature of business: Printing Solutions
Job Responsibilities
- You will be part of the Global business team, mainly responsible for APAC region (but not limit to)
- As a Global Business Presales Manager, you should have good knowledge of MPS, Printing, related solutions and the associated best practices etc.
- You will be the SPOC for regional Bid/RFP/Tender proposal responses, working closely with other members within the Organization (regionally or globally or HQ). You will work and communicate closely with each country to ensure success and highest chance of winning.
- You must be able to architect solution design, primarily around printing related solution.
- Preparation and good presentation skill are required. Proficient in analysing customer requirements, understanding their business drivers and articulating value-added solutions.
- At times, you may require working with country to demonstrable demos and develop POCs with prospective customers.
- You are required to drive each Won deal into a fulfilment. At times, you are required to be the Project manager to run and ensure smooth delivery.
- Travel within the APAC countries (mainly) are expected, average once a month. (excluding pandemic period)
- You will report to the Head of Global Business for APAC.Desirable Qualifications
- Good knowledge of applications like Nuance Equitrac, Ysoft SafeQ, LRS VPSX etc will be preferred. Other desirable knowledge e.g. ECM, OCR, scanning application.
- Good knowledge of onboard software running on Printing devices like printers, AIO,MFP.
- Customer facing skills well within the customer’s environment and able to converse with CxO/CIO / IT Heads/ Procurement Heads etc.;
- Strong commercial acumen with a highly developed consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges
- Experience of owning and winning several complex RFP responses in competitive situations
