Front Desk Officer (5 days/ Max $2.4k) @ Central Full Time

Job Requirements & Duties :
- Singaporean or residents ONLY with GCE ‘O” level
- Good communication skills, pleasant personality
- Must be comfortable working as floater (Ubi & Alexandra)
- Handle phone calls, Answer general enquiries and forward incoming phone calls
- Attend to incoming mails, parcels and front desk’s petty cash
- Hardcopy filing of front desk’s monthly report
- Coordinate with chauffeur on pickups and sending off customers
- Summarise and verify retail transactions settlement for account use
- Custodian for customer area’s cleanliness
- Other ad-hoc task assigned
- Working days: 5 days per week, 8am to 6pm (1 sunday off 1 weekday off according to duty roster)
