Customer Service Executive @ Woodlands – Up to $3.2K
5 days work week – 8.30am to 6.00pm
Location: Woodlands
Salary: up to $3200
No OT
Job Descriptions:
- Attend to incoming enquires and prepare quotation
- Assist Customer Service Manager in carrying out sales and marketing activities
- Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers
- Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders and new account
- Compile and document customer’s requirements and draft Contract Agreement as and when required
- Liaise with Customer Service Manager to review and discuss the proposed contractual requirements
- Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for off-site delivery activities
- Verify and register customer’s complaint if any
- Preparation of sales contract agreement and/or quotation
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean / Residence ONLY need to apply.
- Diploma in any discipline with technical knowledge.
- 1-2 years technical sales support & customer service working experience preferred
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth understanding of Company key clients and their position in the industry
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
