Job Description

  • Salary: $3,000-4,500 (basic) + AWS + Allowance + VB
  • Working hour: Mon – Fri – 9am – 6pm
  • Work Location: near Geylang MRT
  • Business: Interior Design (Commercial office)
Job Duties and Requirements:
  • For Singaporean and residents ONLY
  • Identify leads and connect with prospective customers
  • Build relationship with key account/ prospective clients
  • Present company profile and representative work to potential client
  • Prepare cost-effective solutions, budget and compilation of proposal for client review
  • Prepare weekly, montly and quarter report on progress and development
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in facilities management/ building development
  • Establish and develop short & long term sales and marketing objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, independent and able to utilize resources
  • Sales driven (hunter role) and self motivated
