Job Description

  • Company : An Engineering Listed Company
  • Location : Jurong
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri – 830am to 5pm

    • Job Requirement:

  • In charge of a consolidation of a sub-group of entities
  • Check and review on the accuracy and completeness of the submission of
  • reporting by different group of overseas entities
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Assist in drafting the Annual Report of listed holding company
  • Assist in implementing the new requirements of developments
  • Assist in Group annual budgeting exercise
  • Assist in SGX reporting and compliance matters
  • Following up on the updates and development in Singapore
  • Financial Reporting Standards, SGX listing manuals, Corporate income tax/GST etc
  • Handle full sets of accounts
  • Corporate income tax filing, GST filing
  • Cash flow management, including preparation of payments
  • Statutory audits matters, drafting company’s audited financial
    statement
  • Corporate secretarial matters, including XBRL filings
  • Annual Budgeting
  • Supervise accounts executive
