Admin Support / $2400max /Jurong /5.5Days

Salary Range: $2000-$2400
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 8am to 530pm; Saturday 8am to 12pm)
Working Location: Jurong

Job Description:

Singaporean /resident ONLY need to apply.
Complete local Secondary education with basic accounting knowledge.
1- 2 years of customer service experience
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin with English and Mandarin speaking customers and drivers.
Follow up customers’ requests and handling email correspondence
Prepare statement of Account and Certificate of Conformant (Training will be provided)
Checking of delivery orders (DO) and daily order sheet
Assist scheduler & supervisor to coordinate delivery for customers
Arrange safety training for staff at customer location
Assist in monthly orders scheduling.
