Accountant (West) in Singapore Full Time

- 5 days work week (8.30am – 6pm)
- Location: Jurong West (Nearest MRT: PIoneer)
- Salary up to $4500
- Industry: Leading distributor of home appliances in Singapore
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial reporting of the group and monthly analysis
- Handle full set of accounts and group consolidation
- Coordinate audit and assist auditors to finalise audit reports/annual report
- Review the work of executives/assistants
- GST reporting and tax filing
- Monitor cash flow and forecast
- Credit control and collections
- Liaises with Operations on financial related matters
- Handle intercompany transactions and billings
- Assist with ERP implementation
- Other ad-hoc assignments
Job requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in audit and/or commercial accounts, ideally with supervisory skills
- Applicants with the relevant experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Finance Manager
- Good knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards and SGX rules and regulation
- Able to work independently with sound judgement
- Self-motivated and pro-active with high level of initiative
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised and analytical
- Those with consolidation experience and experience in audit firm will have added advantage
- Able to start Immediately or within short notice
