Key Responsibilites
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and empower maintenance teams to achieve peak operational efficiency.
- Operations & Delivery: Oversee daily field operations, ensuring seamless maintenance, repair, and swift execution.
- Client Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for major clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and enforce robust risk management protocols and safety standards.
- Capability Building: Conduct technical on-the-job training (OJT) to continuously upskill field technicians.
- Business Growth: Take ownership of maintenance and repair revenue streams and optimize team performance.
- Reporting: Provide regular strategic and operational progress updates to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Bilingual in English and Chinese as need to liaise and engagement with Mandarin speaking clients/ coworkers.
Industry Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in the fire protection industry locally.
Technical Expertise: Deep technical mastery in fire alarm and active fire protection systems.
Driver’s License: Valid Class 3 Driving License preferred (for site visits and mobility).
Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
